We are acutely aware that the image portrayed by our care staff reflects that of our customers and as a result, we enforce rigorous standards with regards to the appearance, discipline and training of all our staff. We have strict recruitment process and ensure that all staff are experienced within their field, completed our common induction training , CRB Disclosure and POVA checked and a minimum of two satisfactory references are obtained.
